Private Pool Villas for Rent in Koh Samui

ECN Samui Properties is a villa rental and concierge company based in Lamai, on the island of Koh Samui, Thailand. We rent a selection of private pool villas and one sea view apartment, from 2 to 5 bedrooms, for 4 to 10 guests. Every property on this site is managed directly by our own team.

Where our villas are

Most of our villas are in Lamai and in the hills of Maret and Hua Thanon, on the south-east coast of Koh Samui. Others are in Chaweng Noi, Chaweng and Na Mueang. Lamai is quieter than Chaweng and has a long beach, restaurants and a night market. The hills above Hua Thanon offer open sea views. Na Mueang, in the south, is green and peaceful.

Why book direct with us

You deal with the people who run the villa: Nicolas (French), Oi (Thai) and their team on the island.

Our team meets you at the villa on arrival. Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is by 11 am.

On request we arrange airport and ferry transfers, scooter and car rental delivered to the villa, excursions, a private chef, massage at home and extra cleaning.

We answer in French, English and Thai during your whole stay.
