Villa Florida – Calme Tropical & Grande Piscine

Greate place to stay for 8 person, not far from Lamai Positive: Great place for a bigger family or group, plenty of space for fun, things, cars… no direct neighbours, not far from main attractions. All ameneties you need for a long stay. Also the communication with the owner is smooth and fast. Effective aircon, fans, huge tv, 2 fridges, washing machine and more. 8 people fit in with no issue and can be either together or alone. The place is a bit secluded - for us it was advantage, but keep in mind that having a car or scooter is a good idea. You can also take advantage of day trip organization - dont need to worry which agency to use. Negative: There were some small issues that required the attention of a technician - nothing special and it was resolved promptly. Not all rooms are equally furnished - in one there is a nice office table, but no closet, in others big closet and no table - otherwise the rooms are alike.

סבילה Positive: וילה גדולה באזור שקט, מחיר נמוך יחסית Negative: הוילה לא מתוחזקת טיב, מים חמים אין בחלק מהחדרים כי הממירים ישנים ולא עובדים בשאר הבית זרם במקלחות נוראי בקושי יוצא, מצעים עם כתמים וריח של שימוש וממש לא של כביסה, אמרנו לבעל המקום וביקשנו שיחליפו מצעים אמר שזה ככה חוזר מהכביסה ואין מה לעשות, בריכה שהייתה מלאה חרקים מתים ועלים והוא אמר שהיא נוקתה בבוקר ומגיעים פעמיים בשבוע לנקות כמו שצריך את הבריכה, היינו שבוע לא ראינו עובד אחד שהגיע למקום, זבל שאמרנו לנו שיקחו כל יום כמעט בסוף הסתבר שהם יקחו את הזבל רק בצאק אאוט ועם זה מפריע לנו יכולים לקחת לכביש ראשי איפה שהעירייה אוספת זבל כל יום אחרי שש, הוילה נמצאת בשביל גישה שצריך רכב שטח כמעט, המון בורות באדמה במיוחד אחרי גשמים, עם רוצים נקיון שיבואו 1500 באט, בנוסף חשמל לא כלול ואת החשמל משלמים לפי קריית מונה בכניסה ויציאה, משהו שגם גילנו יומיים לפני ההגעה.

Positive: Super villa ze wszystkimi udogodnieniami. Wygląda w rzeczywistości lepiej niż na zdjęciach. Basen jest wystarczająco duży. Negative: Położona lekko na odludziu
